My own AV65 is the best-playing Jazzmaster (and best-playing new-production Fender) I've ever owned. My question for those who have played the 62 and 65 is, is the 65 strat worth the extra $$$ over the 62? With two single-coil soapbar pickups, a three-way pickup selection switch, and a floating tremolo system, among other design elements matched to its vintage counterpart, the American Vintage '62 Jazzmaster is a great way to get those retro vibes flowing.
